Solicitud de Aclaración.
El peticionario pretende en la solicitud de aclaración, que la Corte imparta una serie de órdenes al Fondo Nacional del Ahorro en su calidad de demandado dentro del proceso de tutela que dio origen a la sentencia T-620/10.
Se reitera que la regla general dispuesta por la jurisprudencia de la Corporación establece que las sentencias proferidas por la Corte en desarrollo de su función de revisión de los fallos de los jueces de tutela no son susceptibles de aclaración, en razón a la aplicación de principios superiores de cosa juzgada constitucional y seguridad jurídica.
